Hi. We sow all photos sent by you and your client and we can see your client have not made any kind of maintenance of this crane. We can apologise only for some few points regarding paint like the control bank but not for the rest like booms where we can see clearly there was no greasing from operator. Also where we have cylinder attachment normally you need to grease all those point and we can see here is no grease on that. Regarding column, the black material you see it's only dirty grease coming out and you need according to our maintenance book to grease from time to time. Reagrding hook, yes...we agree...the hook is not mraine type, pls change it and send me the cost.
